Some poker techniques will amaze you with their simplicity. This is one of them. Write down your results, each and every time you wager.

You must record thy wins and your squanders; for it is the total of all a mans accomplishments which generate their basis.
How detailed is up to you. I usually think that hourly details and that type of intimate detail is wasted. Simply work out how much in front you are and how much (if anything) you have taken out. Naturally, if you are beaten, record that too, no matter how much it hurts.
Do not overlook to record what sort of poker you’re wagering on, if that’s imperative to you. (In my expertise, most gamblers stick to what they understand and do not try something they do not know. If all you record is up, loses and withdrawals, you’re light years in front of a majority of gamblers out there!)
Provide yourself actual goals, like a ‘dream’ target (new vehicle, vacation or anything else). When you take out, add the money withdrawn to your dream tally. The greater the success you have, the closer that dream will get!
